he project comprises the design of a staff building for the corporate headquarters, placing the diversity and significance of the employees at the forefront.
The facility combines diverse functions—including a fitness area, auditorium, meeting rooms, bicycle storage, and a staff canteen—into a representative, light-filled volume. The architecture is organized around an open central stair core and features a mullion-transom facade, ensuring optimal daylighting for all functional areas.
The concept of 'stacked boxes' allows for flexible usage based on programming, such as fitness sessions in the morning and evening, or bistro areas positioned to align with the sun's orientation. The goal was a sophisticated, functional interplay of spaces that offers employees areas for recreation, social interaction, and work—akin to a compact 'Mini-Googleplex'.
Collaborated closely with the Project Manager from concept design to submission for building permit. Acted as the primary contributor for the project development, overseeing digital modeling, refining functional layouts, and driving design iterations to strictly meet the planning goals.
